I do admire your spirit in always keeping in shape for marathons. However, let us also not forget that our body gets tired and overworked too. Taking a few days off will never harm you. I am hoping you’re better now. :)

Team Forgey

Team Forgeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12016832187378336391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-993183520989671575.post-66153294979478743662014-04-25T11:15:34.201-07:002014-04-25T11:15:34.201-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Team Forgeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12016832187378336391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-993183520989671575.post-72637270168226147142014-01-21T04:36:13.967-08:002014-01-21T04:36:13.967-08:00If I were to hazard a guess, maybe you just overwo...If I were to hazard a guess, maybe you just overworked your arms. Given as you said that you pushed harder than usual, must be the reason your arms have been aching that much. If I were to suggest maybe instead of having to push your arm muscles over one single workout, have it in progressive intensities so as not to shock your muscles.

Vanessa AdamsAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18027948854306371454noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-993183520989671575.post-50392704756129169962013-11-14T07:02:08.990-08:002013-11-14T07:02:08.990-08:00Aw, thanks for your concern, Aunt Shirley :) I nev...Aw, thanks for your concern, Aunt Shirley :) I never did get my arms checked out. I think I just pulled/strained my muscles, but not to the point of long-term damage, thankfully.Lee Davidsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11619811995886617318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-993183520989671575.post-75898303446016810402013-11-14T04:26:04.926-08:002013-11-14T04:26:04.926-08:00So, did you ever find out what the cause of the pa...So, did you ever find out what the cause of the pain in your arms was?
